By using our website and purchasing from us, The Gift Stop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Orders & Payments

• All prices are in AUD and include GST (unless otherwise stated).
• Full payment is required before your order is processed.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Custom Orders

• As all our boxes are made to order, please ensure all customisation details are correct before finalising your purchase.
• We do not accept changes to orders once they are in production.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Delivery

• We currently deliver across Sydney only.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details.
