Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or short messages. You’ll find customization options on each product page—just enter the details at checkout.

2. How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but we offer express options at checkout for faster delivery when needed.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship across Sydney, Australia. Other regions and countries will be coming soon...

4. What if I made a mistake on the personalization?

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll gladly update it for you.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take great care in packing, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right!
